Service Department
The Cascade Pools and Spas service department has over 50 years experience and specializes in gunite, in-ground, and pool and spa repairs. Our qualified, trained technicians and service department staff are capable of diagnosing and repairing most pool and spa problems. We provide professional repair and cleaning services, as well as a wide variety of pool and spa parts and chemicals for both residential and commercial applications. We also offer regular service for Cascade Pool and Spa owners by request. We have a well-stocked, mobile dispatch service fleet available and our service department desk offers free over-the-counter chemical testing and advice. Give us a call today!

Routine Maintenance Services
Cascade Pools service department offers a variety of routine maintenance service packages for Cascade pool owners.
**Please note, routine maintenance is offered only to owners of pools we have built.**

Maintenance Service Package includes:
• Test and add chemicals (sanitizer, ph, alkalinity, hardness)
• Shock (as needed)
• Vacuum (as needed)
• Brush steps and tile
• Backwash filter (as needed)
• Clean pump and skimmer baskets
• Skim pool
• Preventative maintenance on equipment
• Delivery of parts, chemicals, and materials (cost of items not included)

Regular service customers also receive a 10% discount on chemicals while under contract.

Rates
* Based on pool or pool/spa combination. Water features, additional bodies of water, or special requests would be additional by quote.

One visit per week:  $422.00 per month, additional time at $75 per hour

One visit every other week: $250.00 per month, additional time at $80 per hour

This rate covers travel to the job and normal service, which is 1.25 hours per visit, averaged over the course of each month. Any additional time required to perform a complete service package will be charged at the hourly contract rate, pro-rated in 0.25 increments. ** Prices are subject to change without notice! **

Installation of an erosion chlorinator ($100) is recommended to help keep the sanitizer level up between our visits. Chemical levels must be maintained on a daily basis to prevent algae and bacteria growth.
